Attending the Leadership 101 Series was a great way to develop and boost my leadership skills. The course content applied to a full spectrum of leaders, whether leading quietly by example or in the public spotlight. Participating monthly in this series, gave attendees a chance to not only build off of and refine leadership methods, but also create new connections and nurture relationships with co-workers throughout the county.

I want to thank you again for the opportunity to speak at the Project Conference. I was so proud to be a part of such a well run, relevant, professional event. It went like clockwork because of the precision of all the pieces. Please pass on my admiration and gratitude to your entire team. Well done!

I have been working with RCTCs Center for Business and Workforce Education for two years and the experience has been excellent! Not only do they have a large variety of experts on hand to meet all of my training needs, but their administrative staff that coordinate my events are professional, understand my business goals, and great communicators.

PMI Lacrosse/Rochester and Rochester Community and Technical College know how to partner to put on an amazing Annual Project Conference! ... It was a pleasure to join you (and find out who the real spies are up there! Hah!)
-Andy Kaufman, Keynote Speaker, Author & Coach
The sessions helped me better understand my own leadership style and respect those who lead in other ways. Each class was presented by a skilled professional covering a well thought out collection of leadership topics, providing engaging participation through hands on exercises, personal reflection and team work. Each month participants left with leadership best practices, tips and tools to use in the workplace or personal life.
-Another Participant Olmsted County Leadership Series
After completing the Leadership Series I am better able to mitigate risk and identify team members’ strengths. I have a better understanding about how to lead a team or be a great team participant. Most importantly I built relationships and community within Olmsted County. Participating in this class broke down division and department boundaries and provided an environment where new ideas could be explored and problems solved with people you could trust – so many interesting perspectives, so much great thinking, so many valuable discussions. It was time very well spent!
